This house was designed by my former firm and built in various stages going back about 35 years. Now, with a new owner, it gets a face lift both inside and out. There’s a new skin, roofing, siding, windows and doors. There’s a new front entry too, to better meet the new owner’s needs.Inside there’s a new kitchen, bath fixtures, and new wall and ceiling finishes. And there’s a few interior design changes. No house is perfect for all times and for all people. It’s not often that an Architect gets to revisit an old project and give it a fresh look. It’s a welcome opportunity.To help the clients understand the changes we made numerous 3 dimensional design studies, including full color renderings to better understand the impact of their color choices.
